ABOUT MACADRI
When by fortuitous coincidence the Conveners of the Mid-Atlantic
Caribbean Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute (MACADRI) met in
May 2014 at the historic and ground-breaking ICAMA (International
Centre for Arbitration and Mediation, Abuja) conference hosted by
our Patron in Abuja, a number of resolutions were concluded
following the Abuja – Nassau Declaration.

Christopher Adebayo Ojo, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1978 after graduating from the University Of Lagos, Nigeria in 1977. He obtained LL.M from the London School of Economics, University of London in 1982 and was later admitted as a Solicitor
Based in The Bahamas, Bertha COOPER-ROUSSEAU is the Managing Partner at Rousseau & Cooper Law Firm and a Door Tenant of 3 Hare Court, Temple, London. Bertha is the founding Chair of the Bahamas Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Ike was called to the Nigerian Bar and to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London and a Chartered Arbitrator. He is a Fellow of the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (AIADR)

All disputes arising out of or in connection with the present contract shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of MACADRI or any other suitable rules agreeable to the Parties by one or more arbitrators appointed pursuant to the chosen Rules
Mediation
All disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be submitted to mediation, in accordance with the MACADRI Mediation Rules or any other rules agreeable to the Parties.The place of Mediation shall be [specify place ]

Expert Determination
All disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be submitted to mediation, in accordance with the MACADRI Expert Determination Rules or any other rules agreeable to the Parties
Conciliation
All disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be referred to Conciliation in accordance with MACADRI Conciliation
Rules or any other Rules agreeable to the Parties by one or more conciliatiors appointed under the chosen Rules
